Koindu Town, Kailahun

Greetings from Koindu Town...sorry no map but it is wedged in this slit of Sierra Leone that juts out into Liberia and Guinea. An absolutely beautiful place...bit tricky to get to though. We have just wrapped up a training session and installation with a local youth group called PVK, who are installing solar power at their youth centre in support of an upcoming library project. It has been a tough trip, full of small and big challenges but in the end it all came together ( as it does here) and light has come to the town. Heading back to Freetown tomorrow, if the road allows us, to start planning for the AusAID installations.
